You decide which behavior scoring model software to use. Regardless of the decision system in use, the output of your analysis is in immutable field-level data-points, also known as treatment indicators. COLLECTIONS provides the queuing implementation based upon these treatment indicators, as well as any field-level data combinations you wish to take into consideration. These indicators are also available as reporting data points to help monitor the results of your model.

COLLECTIONS can be configured to allow only certain collectors visible to certain scenarios. The system can prevent accounts from being presented that are not scheduled to be worked, including the time you wish to work an account.
