The Collector Wizard is a utility that analyzes each account, real-time, as it is displayed to the user. Based upon management-defined rules, the Wizard may prompt an operator that the current account has certain characteristics which should be recognized as it is being worked. Rules may include one or more account data elements for analysis. Customers can leverage this Wizard on a global level to manage multiple customer relationships, account types/status, or additional circumstances. Once the account is categorized, suggestions are displayed to the user on how to handle the account.

Collectors and account management agents benefit from using the Collector Wizard because it functions as an online supervisor, teaching and informing the user how to handle different types of account conditions. Different priority levels allow management to control which suggestions are automatically displayed to users. Beginning collectors might see all suggestions, medium-level collectors might only see medium to rare account situation suggestions, and experienced collectors might only be displayed “red-flag” type situations.
