Job description: Shaw Systems Associates is seeking Business Analysts to assist us with the development of our newest lending systems solutions. These are full-time positions located in Richmond, Virginia.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Financial services industry experience with a focus
on credit lending systems
- Knowledge of accruals and loan operations
- Domain knowledge of financial systems, i.e., loans,
leases, and the intricacies of servicing these areas
- Experience authoring use cases and topic
documents

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with legacy systems
- Experience with an agile development methodology
- UAT experience within automated testing
environments

Title: Senior Java Developers
Location: Richmond, VA
Job description: Shaw Systems Associates, a nationally recognized provider of financial software and our ShawSpectrum suite of integrated lending products, is seeking Senior Java Developers to support the development of our newest lending systems solutions. These are full-time positions located in Richmond, Virginia.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years designing and developing large-scale J2EE
applications
- J2EE including JAXB
- 4+ years of experience with a large RDBMS
- 2+ years experience using Agile software
development methods
- JMS/Webservice, Eclipse, BEA Weblogic

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Fair Isaac Blaze Rules Engine, Hibernate, IBM
Websphere
- Oracle, SQL Server, Maven
- Background in the financial services industry
- Experience leading team of software developers

practices
- Eclipse, RDBMS, SQL, BEA Weblogic
- Struts, TomCat, CVS, Eclipse, XML, Ant, JUnit
