Overview
CREDITSTREAM applies user-defined checklists to the deal components based upon product type or additional criteria. Each deal can contain information about customers, loans, and collateral. This solution automatically tracks documents or exceptions for deal components identified as missing from the import. Exceptions are created on demand.
CREDITSTREAM schedules activities in the future for purpose of lien perfection and other life-of-loan items such as financial statements, appraisals, UCCs, and more. This solution monitors events associated with a loan or lease while maintaining additional information not typically stored or gathered during the origination process.
