 Automated Account Tracking

CREDITSTREAM provides automatic account tracking via Checklists, Activities, and Items. Checklists can be used prior to boarding; Activities and Items can be used prior to boarding and throughout the life of the account. When a loan is imported or manually entered, a follow-up Checklist can be assigned automatically. User-defined Checklists may be set up to match the types of products that you work with, such as mortgages, car loans, equipment leases, and more.

Checklists

Checklists serve several functions. They permit the user to define the type of data that must be included in the deal, such as Customer, Commitment, Loan, Lease, and Collateral. Checklists can also be reminders to the operator to look for specific documents in the deal, including Appraisals, Employment Verification, and Insurance Certification. Finally, Checklists can remind the operator of follow-up that is required, such as Annual Financial Statements, Required Signatures, and Scheduled Escrow Disbursements.

Activities

An Activity is a reminder to complete or perform some action. Activities can be created as a result of a checklist review or many other reasons. Activities can be assigned to designated individuals for follow-up and resolution.

An Activity contains a free-form description of the task, a deadline date, the person responsible for the Activity, and may be assigned a recurring frequency, such as once a year. CREDITSTREAM can automatically advance the deadline dates into the future.

Items

An Item is a specific category of information to be tracked, including Appraisal, Claim, Comparable, Document, Financial, Insurance, Lease, Payoff Demand, Property, Rate, Reminder, Tax, and UCC Filing. Each of these Items has its own screen to track various pieces of information for that Item. Items are attached to Customers, Collateral, Commitments, and Loans. Claims and Comparables can be attached to other Items.
