CREDITSTREAM is a state-of-the-art pipeline tracking system designed to import a loan/lease from an origination system, web site, or document preparation package. Upon import, CREDITSTREAM will automatically apply user-defined checklists to the deal components based upon product type or any other criteria. Each deal can contain information about customers, loans, and collateral. CREDITSTREAM will automatically begin tracking documents/exceptions for deal components it identifies to be missing from the import. These exceptions can also be created online. CREDITSTREAM can also automatically schedule activities in the future for purpose of lien perfection and other life-of-loan items such as financial statements, appraisals, UCCs, and more.
