DEALER FLOOR PLAN is Shaw Systems’ total solution for dedicated floor plan accounting. Shaw provides unlimited types of wholesale financing options for your dealer network.

Your operational efficiency is improved through our simplified input process when setting up new floor plan units. Customers can default values on new units based on type (new, used, demonstration, etc.) and offer unique products to the dealers. DEALER FLOOR PLAN facilitates compliance with company lending policies.

This system allows you to charge fees at any or all levels of the relationship. Improve your portfolio’s profitability by setting up fee structures that apply to a specific dealer relationship. You can set up one-time fixed/variable fees or recurring fees that maximize your profitability. We interface with ancillary systems for payment collection and funding, creating greater efficiency throughout your dealer network.

Shaw significantly reduces the effort required for administration via our concise monthly statements. For each statement period, a detailed analysis of all activity is available for the dealers. Statistical data is available and can be rolled up to the dealership and mega dealer level. Non-performing assets can be tracked and reported on easily.

Overpayments and transfers are handled with ease, and Shaw supports seamless movement of units to different classes as well as to different dealers with mass transfer capabilities.

Using our robust reporting, customers can efficiently manage large volumes, track past due amounts, and manage dealer due dates for every line. Capabilities include complete journal transaction posting, including interest calculations and promotional items. A multitude of reports are available to track portfolio activity and credit risk. Flexibility is a must when processing floor plan units, so Shaw supports mass maintenance, global rate changes and securitization.

Shaw Systems also offers a browser-based Web dealer interface called DEALER WORKBENCH. Dealers can access their floor plan business over the Web. This product increases business management for the dealers and supports cash flow decisions.
