Roy G. Shaw, Jr., Chairman

Roy Shaw is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Shaw Systems Associates, Inc. Roy started his business 42 years ago in Houston, Texas, when executives were beginning to understand the benefit that computers and technology could have on their operations.

After graduating from Rice University in Houston, where he studied math, accounting and economics, and a brief tour of duty with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Shaw began working for IBM Corporation on Rice's campus. He trained at the IBM Education Center in Dallas and was a system engineer for manufacturing, medical, and banking clients.

Cyndy A. Stone,  Chief Operating Officer

Cyndy Stone is the Chief Operating Officer of Shaw Systems Associates, Inc. and has been a key player in the organization for 22 years. Her 35 years of experience in IT and finance ranges from detailed technical design to broad strategic planning.

Cyndy has consistently approached her work in established organizations with an entrepreneurial spirit, leading innovative projects that owe their success both to buy-in from the user communities they have been designed to support, and from the real-world benefits they bring to the organization as a whole. Cyndy has been significantly involved in Shaw's research and development efforts since its earliest days and believes that those efforts have prepared the company to revolutionize the lending community.
