Shaw software licenses include copies for disaster recovery and test versions of the purchased software at no additional cost. Source code can be placed in escrow if the client desires.
After the initial warranty period, various levels of maintenance agreements are available to our clients. Maintenance includes 24 / 7 product support, biennial software upgrade releases with updated documentation, product enhancements, modifications, and monthly broadcast software updates. In addition, all regulatory enhancements and support are included. Requests for service are accommodated via online tools, email, fax, or telephone. All questions, problems, or clarifications are acknowledged, logged, and tracked with guaranteed 24-hour response turnaround.
Shaw licenses may be installed at the client site or run in an off-site or third-party data center. Shaw Systems can provide any desired level of installation or ongoing support.
