Many different loan types can be processed, including both add-on and simple interest loans.

Loan data ties individual loans to a dealer, determining such functions as:

• Processing methods
• Accrual rates
• Total amount to be earned by the dealer (on that loan)
• Holdback amount
• Recourse amount for that loan

Dealer data is maintained for each dealer:

• Total dealer earnings
• Reserves and Holdback
• New loan statistics
• Past due statistics, etc.
• Insurance Participation Option

Installation options controlling dealer fields:

• Minimum interest amount to accrue on a dealer loan
• Paygo dealer loan options

The dealer reserve account may be automatically credited with any available funds via ACH.

The available amount of each reserve type will be calculated for each dealer daily.

Complete transaction history is maintained for each loan, line, and dealer.

The dealer may choose to participate in insurance policy premiums for a loan.

Chargeback options are variable on upfront loans by dealer and loan:

• Chargeback Period
• Add-on versus Simple Interest
• Dealer Advance Percentage

The system handles chargeback from the dealer when a loan pays off or goes into repossession status, or when the borrower goes into bankruptcy.

To expedite new loan processing, many fields can be defaulted. This greatly improves entry efficiency as well as data integrity.

Separate user-defined options control the amount of dealer reserves to be charged back if the loan is charged off.
