Support Overview

We want you to get the most from your Shaw Systems products, so we're committed to providing you with the support you need. We know it's our unmatched customer service and support that make the difference for many of our clients.

Our dedicated staff is driven to provide excellence in customer service. Our experienced support personnel are available from 8:30 a.m. EST until 5:30 p.m. PST. Log onto https://support.shawsystems.com/ to submit a product issue or question.

Solution Center

The Solution Center is a password-protected information hub for active Shaw clients. Please contact your Relationship Manager for your user ID and password. Use this database to browse broadcasts, interim releases, and product updates. Search for files by the date they were posted, the product they are associated with, or the release level they address. If you need to submit files to Shaw Systems’ support staff, you may upload files here. To log into the database, click on "Client Solution Center" in the top right corner of any page or Click Here to Login.

Training

We offer customized classes for users and data processing personnel at our offices or on-site at your location. Classes are divided by skill level with special classes for advanced users. Contact your Relationship Manager for more information.
