Shaw offers 3 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off) for the first 5 years of employment plus 8 federal holidays and 2 floater holidays. PTO increases every 5 years and caps at 5 weeks of PTO.
401(K) AND PROFIT SHARING
Employees at Shaw are eligible to begin contributing to an employer sponsored 401(K) plan through American Funds after sixty days of employment on the first day of the following month. In addition, the company generously matches 20% of the employee’s contribution. Employees are also eligible for the company’s Profit Sharing allocation on their first day of work as long as they are still employed with the company on December 31 that year.
