Shaw Systems Appoints Fred Coia as COO

Shaw Systems, a leading provider of modern web-based servicing and collections software, appoints Fred Coia as COO. Fred has more than 30 years of experience in the technology, auto finance, and mortgage industries. Since joining Shaw in 2019, he has made a significant impact on the organization, including using his strengths to improve several areas of Shaw’s business and establishing Shaw’s Enterprise Command Center and Information Security Office. Fred is a transformative, quality-driven technology and business leader who relentlessly solves enterprise-wide challenges with a combination of process, collaboration, and innovation.

As COO, his responsibilities will include leading the Operations team consisting of Program Management, Implementation, Client Support, Information Security, Partner Operations, and Enterprise Operations. He will oversee all managed services that support Spectrum and improve upon the security posture of the company with a focus on quality.
