Perspective: Evan says: “One of the many things I enjoy about my job is the complexities both from the business and technical aspects and being able to see how they can/should/could work in sync at an optimal level.

My colleagues are great to work with and I enjoy each of their own unique perspectives, experiences, and accumulated knowledge they have acquired over time.

Shaw as a company from a “people” perspective is very much a family in that we consider others and support one another in the collective effort to provide our clients with the best possible product and highest level of service.

Having been in two teams over two restructures and reporting to three different people up to current, I have enjoyed reporting to each person: Rachel Negron, Terry Meek, Courtney Moses. All of whom have been supportive in my efforts as it relates to my job responsibilities and also in my self-development and growth at Shaw Systems LLC which I truly value and appreciate.”
