Operational Best Practices Assessments

Our Operational Assessment is an evaluation of your current lending and customer service operations and processes to ensure that you’re maximizing the functionality and automation available in your Shaw application. We review your current landscape including current processes, manual processes, operational and user challenges, integrations and roadmap to help you streamline business and IT productivity and improve your customers’ experience.

This 1-2 day onsite effort will provide significant value to both your line of business and IT teams. It will maximize your investment in your Shaw software.

Dedicated Delivery Teams

For clients with multiple high-priority project streams, we offer Dedicated Delivery Teams (DDTs). The DDT option allows clients to work directly with an assigned team of Shaw Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Our SMEs prioritize needed enhancements and configuration, consult on the technical and functional direction of the requested solutions, and collaborate with Shaw QA teams to support test case development specific to the solution requirements.

The Shaw DDT becomes an integral part of the clients’ organization. This allows the client to drive the requirements, development, testing, and delivery of the core software solution needed to meet their time to market targets. DDT’s answer directly to the client while being held to same architecture, development, and testing standards as all Shaw development teams.

The typical Shaw DDT includes a Shaw Product Owner, 2 Spectrum Developers, 2 Business Analysts, 1 Quality Assurance Engineer, and 1 Scrum Master. Team make-up can be adjusted to best fit the client’s needs and timelines.

This model represents the speed and flexibility of custom development with the support and consistency of off-the-shelf software.

Additional Information

The Consulting Project Types noted above are available for both Licensed/On-Premise and Shaw Hosted (SaaS) clients.
