Commerce Bank Deploys Spectrum Floor Plan
Longtime Shaw Systems client Commerce Bank, ranked #10 in Forbes’ list of America’s Best Banks, has implemented ShawSpectrum Floor Plan and Dealer Workbench to enhance its auto finance operations.
When the bank first purchased the software, Senior Vice President Len Metzger said that after looking at a number of floor plan solutions, Commerce chose ShawSpectrum Floor Plan because “it not only meets our requirements, but just as importantly, it meets the demands of our dealer customers.” Upon completion of the implementation, Len went on to say, “Shaw listens, and they’re a true partner, not just a vendor selling a commodity.”
Now that the installation project is successfully completed, Chris Wiedenmann, Vice President, Commercial Project Management and Systems, said, “Shaw has been a great partner throughout, and its dedication has been awesome. The team that has worked on this project has made it run very smoothly, and we should realize some incredible benefits, including better access to the complete dealer picture, faster response times, and reduced internal transaction processing.”
Dirk VanderVoort, Senior Project Manager at Commerce, said: “What a wonderful partnership this has been with Shaw Systems.”
ShawSpectrum Floor Plan addresses the needs of both auto lenders and dealers to stay competitive, mitigate risk, and enhance productivity while managing costs. Dealer Workbench is the browser-enabled self-service portal that provides dealers with direct access to their floor plan portfolios.
