Employee Spotlight: Colin DohertyEducation: Colin graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2004. While attending OU he drove the Sooner Schooner from 2001-2004 (see picture). Colin spent 8 years working for and running IT Managed Service Providers in NYC and Houston. 

Resume and Job Description: Colin joined Shaw in March 2013 as our IT/Cloud manager. As the IT/Cloud manager he oversees day to day operation; support and maintenance of internal IT systems; identifies, evaluates, purchases, and implements new IT systems; provides subject matter expert support to the sales team for both IT and Cloud questions; and manages the Shaw Cloud Services environment.

Family and Interests: Colin’s family includes his father Joseph, mother Linda, sister Ashley, brother Barrett, and dog Ace. Colin enjoys cycling, hiking, and generally being outdoors. He also enjoys volunteering for several organizations that provide college scholarships. Colin is the Social Chair for the OU Club of Houston and he is a Captain on the Information Services Committee for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
