Resume and Job Description: Hina completed her Master’s degree in Information Technology from Osmania University Hyderabad, India. She has been working in the IT industry for over 12 years for companies like Real EC Technologies, Black Knight Financial Systems, and Healix Inc. She has professional certifications including PMP and CSM.
Hina is a Senior Business Systems Analyst for SPECTRUM reporting to Rachel Negron on the Client Support team. She has worked in both the Implementation and Production support teams.
Her responsibilities include researching and troubleshooting active production support issues to come up with a temporary workaround and a solution for a long-term fix. She triage’s and tests SPECTRUM issues for bug fixes and/or enhancements. She analyzes and documents client requirements and business processes for future enhancements. She also acts as a liaison between the client and the Shaw technical/business resources (SME).
