Employee Spotlight: Rachel NegronEducation: Rachel graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a degree in Information Systems & Operations Management.

Resume and Job Description: Rachel previously worked at Stage Stores, Inc. in the Executive Trainee Program before being placed in Business Intelligence as a Business Systems Analyst for two-and-a-half years. Rachel started working at Shaw in December 2014 as a Business Systems Analyst II on the COLLECTIONS and RECOVERY team. She transitioned shortly after to Support Team Lead and is now a Manager for Client Support.

As a Manager for Client Support she leads and manages the Software Support Team consisting of Business System Analysts and the Technical Documentation Team. She also oversees the day to day operation of managing client issues and technical documentation. She acts as the liaison between the team and the vendors on integration enhancements and troubleshooting incoming client facing issues via JIRA.

If there is a single word to describe Rachel it is tenacious! There is no detail too small for her to track down or issue too big for her to resolve. Family and Interests: Rachel just celebrated her one year anniversary with her husband Phil in June. They live in Houston with their two dogs Ollie (pit bull mix) & Max (border collie). Rachel enjoys cycling, hiking, cooking, reading, planning, traveling, volunteering with multiple animal therapy groups, and spending time with her two dogs.
