Employee Spotlight: Ryan GrayEducation: Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. 

Resume and Job Description: Ryan was previously an Investment/Retail Banker with JPMorgan Chase. Ryan joined Shaw Systems in April 2006.  He spent several years as a BSA at Shaw Systems and is now the BSA Manager of Loan Servicing. His job responsibilities include overseeing product implementation and upgrades, new development and enhancement requests, client modifications, and tackling general system issues for all of our loan servicing software solutions.

Family and Interests: Ryan competes in Adventure Racing, which is a multi-disciplinary team sport involving navigation over an unmarked wilderness course with races usually extending 6 to 24 hours in length. Usually, the principal disciplines include trekking, mountain biking, and paddling. His favorite race that he’s competed in is the 24 hour Spread Your Wings adventure race in Rocksprings, Texas, which also includes a 3,000 foot zip line, sherpa lines and rappelling, traversing through a mine, and skeet shooting.

He and his wife Lisa have a blended family of 6 kids. They have 2 girls and 4 boys, ages 14 years to 21 months old. Nathan, our 10 year old (my step-son), was adopted from South Korea.

Perspective: Ryan says: “It has been an exciting 11 years working with Shaw Systems. I have learned so much as a business systems analyst, working on and supporting many of our loan servicing software products. I most enjoy the comradery working with my peers. Shaw Systems is certainly a fun and challenging place to work, and my home away from home.”
