Employee Spotlight: Sharon Maleski

Education:  Sharon has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Rutgers University, School of Management. She previously worked as an Analyst at Bank of Tokyo and Swiss Bank Corporation in New York City.

Resume and Job Description: Sharon joined Shaw Systems in August, 2000. Sharon is a Senior Business Systems Analyst for our RETAIL software. She designs and tests specifications for system modifications, solves client issues, recreates problems and provides data for coding changes, replies to system inquiries with documentation to explain processes, and is the Subject Matter Expert for Escrow, CFPB, Enhanced Floorplan, Equipment Finance and Dealer Processing.

Family and Interests: Sharon is married to Bill and they will celebrate their 25th anniversary this year. They have three daughters: Sara, 21, is a junior at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Hanna, 19, is a sophomore at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and Ella, 13, is in 7th grade.

They are actively involved with Ella’s gymnastics travelling to competitions and daily practice. They also enjoy the school sports at the girl’s colleges. UNC won the national championship for basketball last year and Alabama just won it for football. Attending games at both schools are so fun for them!
