Shaw Systems announces the addition of Flagship Credit Acceptance as the Newest Spectrum Client
Shaw Systems Associates, LLC, the leader in loan servicing software, announces their newest Spectrum client,
Flagship Credit Acceptance, a top indirect and direct auto finance company.Flagship knows that data is the key to offering superior customer service. They wanted the best leading-edge technology to handle their portfolios and leverage that data. This led to Flagship choosing Shaw’s Spectrum hosted loan servicing software solution.
Spectrum will allow Flagship to interface with their existing systems, such as dialer vendors, payment files and processes, and their data warehouse. Flagship will be able to improve their customer web portal, loan boarding interface, and daily outbound general ledger. Flagship expressed optimism for the extensive configuration options available in Spectrum. The workflows provide the control, flexibility, and visibility that Flagship needs to manage their data.
