LivePerson, a leader in conversational services, recently became an alliance partner of Shaw Systems Associates, a top loan servicing software company. LivePerson’s customer communications management application will be fully integrated into Shaw Systems software to make it faster and easier for Shaw’s clients to provide a mobile and online business messaging solution for their customers.
