Shaw recommends a Joint Project Development methodology. For this approach, Shaw and the client would partner to determine project scope, detail business and technical requirements, develop a detailed project plan, manage data conversion, manage change control, complete testing phases, train users, and document necessary methods and procedures. Shaw would provide SMEs to lead all agreed upon project phases.
Shaw SMEs would include support for project management, business and technical requirements definition, data conversion, interface development, test script developments, training, methods and procedures documentation, mock conversion, conversion, and post-conversion user and project support.
The basis for this project methodology is to define business and technical requirements prior to project development, and to plan the project in a manner so that planning and preparation for each phase is completed prior to construct activities, with client approval, in a spirit of partnership.
A LENDING SME can help lower project costs because of their vast industry knowledge. Our experience is what sets Shaw Systems experts apart from others.
