Winter Storm URI has had a major impact on the Southeastern part of Texas, over the Presidents’ Day weekend and now into the work week. Shaw Systems Associates, LLC based in Houston, has implemented its Business Continuity Plan and through utilization of its alternate business locations and its systems hosted in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud, remains fully functional and available to support your systems, operations, and staff.
One area that is currently affected is Shaw’s Client Support phone line. While Shaw works to restore this phone service, please be sure to submit your requests via your Jira ticketing system and/or contact your Strategic Account Manager with any additional questions.
Shaw’s Client Support Desk, Enterprise Operations, and Security Operations Center continue to actively monitor and escalate any issues or disruptions of service in support of Shaw’s internal and Client operations.
