Delivering Successful Projects

How can you prepare to make sure your implementation project is successful?  Typically, there is a lot of internal pressure on project stakeholders to guarantee that the project meets its targets for both the go live date and budget.  In our 52-year history, we’ve supported a lot of projects, some successful, some not. Over the next five weeks, we will address the following critical areas where you should focus your attention to improve your odds of successful project delivery:

  1. Properly define project scope and requirements
  2. Adequately staff the project
  3. Create an achievable project plan
  4. Manage scope creep
  5. Be prepared to be flexible
