Shaw Systems is excited to announce QProcessor. QProcessor is an add-on feature to the Spectrum loan management software. QProcessor allows operators to automatically interrogate a queue on a configurable interval for updated attributes, allowing for immediate treatment. Those intervals could be set to match the business requirement of the interrogation. For example, a Spectrum administrator could set QProcessor to look for accounts with Credit Bureau updated in the middle of the month, initiating the process of updating a METRO II file.
In another example, a lender could require QProcessor to perform an updated evaluation every minute. In the case of repossession, QProcessor might evaluate a queue in near real-time to look for additional action that has been taken on the account, such as a promise to pay made by the borrower over the phone or on a payment portal or customer service app. QProcessor, in conjunction with Shaw’s real-time RDN interface, could send an immediate message to agents in the field to avoid repossessing the collateral. This process cuts wrongful repossession to as close to zero as technology will allow.
Because the interrogation intervals are configurable, and the rules of the evaluation and subsequent action are also configurable, the possibilities of QProcessor are immeasurable. The tool greatly enhances the real-time nature of loan management in Spectrum today and adds greater power to Spectrum operators and administrators.
The innovation of Qprocessor creates endless opportunities for additional real-time automated processes when used with API’s and enterprise messaging. Spectrum can now listen to every action taken in the entire enterprise and potentially automate the next step in a process or the whole process altogether. Using Qprocessor, interrogating any number of queues at any interval, does not impact the performance of the applications.
We are incredibly excited to bring QProcessor to our clients. It is an excellent supplement to our RDN (Recovery Database Network) integration. If you are interested in integration with RDN, we recommend using QProcessor as well. However, QProcessor adds value even if you are not using the RDN integration.
