Shaw Announces Spectrum Payment Vendor Integrations
Shaw Systems Associates, in partnership with ACI Worldwide and PayNearMe, will release a new payment vendor integration framework. This new infrastructure has been designed to streamline access to full payment vendor functionality, payment methods, and single sign-on through Spectrum. Shaw Systems expects this enhancement to minimize implementation and long-term support costs for the clients’ payment vendors.
Key benefits for Shaw clients include the following:
1. Product updates can be easily implemented by Spectrum and payment vendor applications.
2. Spectrum users no longer need to manage multiple windows to execute a payment.
3. Lower cost and faster time-to-market with payment vendor integrations.
4. Lower future support costs.
Available payment vendor functionality includes acceptance of a vast array of payment methods, mobile wallet solutions, payments via text and QR codes, and more. The new payment vendor framework will be included with Spectrum v8.1, targeted for release in the third quarter of 2023.
