We offer complete solutions for loan and lease servicing, and collections and recovery management. HEALTHCARE

Shaw offers medical, dental, vision, health & wellness benefits** and life insurance to all of its regular full-time employees. In addition, Shaw offers an HSA benefit to qualifying medical HSA participants.

PTO

Shaw offers 3 weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off) for the first 5 years of employment plus 8 federal holidays and 2 floater holidays. PTO increases every 5 years and caps at 5 weeks of PTO.

401(K) AND PROFIT SHARING

Employees at Shaw are eligible to begin contributing to an employer sponsored 401(K) plan through American Funds after sixty days of employment on the first day of the following month. In addition, the company generously matches a percentage of the employee’s contribution. Employees are also eligible for the company’s Profit Sharing allocation on their first day of work as long as they are still employed with the company on December 31 that year.
