Shaw is continually building the best team possible to serve our clients. We recently added a new team member, Kelli Peppler, as a Strategic Account Manager in the Client Support Department. Kelli is excited to play an integral role on the best support team in the financial software industry.
Kelli brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry supporting both internal employees and private label clients and their use of proprietary Loan Origination and Processing Software. Her client experience in supporting financial institutions is extensive and she enjoys the role of being a client advocate. Our Strategic Account Managers play a vital role in the continued success of our clients, as well as Shaw. Kelli is responsible for Shaw Floor Plan clients, ensuring requests from both the business and technology teams of her clients are understood and met by Shaw. Kelli’s experience managing both vendor and client relationships, as well as her competence and engaging personality, will provide her the tools needed to fully support our Floor Plan clients.
